hereby

intent
while
at
this
Moto-cross
school
to
ride
at
high
speeds
and
to
test
my
riding
skills
and
to
check
the
performance
of
the
vehicle
I
am
riding.
I
affirm
that
I
am
going
to
engage
in
these
potentially
dangerous
activities
of
my
own volition.
I
hereby
affirm
that
I
enter
this
school
fully
aware
of
the
possible
hazards
to
my
person
and
property
therein,
and
I
assume
all
risks
and
responsibilities
upon
myself.
I
confirm
that
when
I
enter
this
school
of
Moto-cross,
I
do
so
as
a
voluntary
participant
in
the
activities
conducted
therein.
If
I
am
injured,
in
any
manor,
while
I
am
in
the
school
I
will
grant
full
and
unconditional
release
for
any
injuries
sustained
to
my
person
to
all
track
owners,
participants,
officials,
employees,
promoters,
instructors
or
any
others
who
are
responsible
for
the
activities
in
the
school.
On
behalf
of
myself,
my
heirs,
executors,
or
administrators,
I
agree
to
hold
harmless
and
indemnity
all
track
owners,
participants,
officials,
employees,
promoters,
instructors,
or
others
who
are
responsible
for
the
activities
in
the
school
for
any
damages
or
injury
to
my
person
or
property.
Note: Deposit & Refund Policy
Deposits for all group classes will be $50.00. This will reserve your spot once we have received your
deposit. Privates or Semi-privates will require a deposit in the amount of
$100.00 to reserve the date.
To make a deposit, either call (830) 626-7571, if you prefer to us your credit card, or put a check in the mail to us here in
New Braunfels. There will be a fee of $25.00 for any checks that are returned to us, and this will not allow us to reserve your spot in the class.

Refunds will only be given 2 weeks prior to the class date, and only with a doctor’s note explaining the injury. If a rider is injured within 2 weeks of the class date, it will be your responsibility to fill your reservation in the class to receive a refund of your deposit.
NO EXCEPTIONS.
If the class is cancelled due to weather or other acts of God, the class maybe rescheduled, or a refund or class credit will be given.
It is your responsibility if your motorcycle breaks during the class, or if you get injured during the class. Unforeseen things can and will happen during these classes, and the "5 Magics Motocross School" can not be expected to give refunds back to everyone when a problem arises.
